The Arthur Beaumont Distinguished Service Award is presented to Dr. Sue Ann Campbell of the University of Waterloo, in recognition of her outstanding service to the Canadian Applied and Industrial Mathematics Society, as Secretary of the Board of Directors from 2001 to 2005. Her diplomacy and fairness, and her efficient management of the business of the CAIMS Board and of the CAIMS Newsletter, are greatly appreciated by the Society.
